Text of Complaint by Pritom Das:

1) 19/04/19 [ Ordered a Samsung 345L Refrigerator, Order Id: OD115242089792325000]

2) 23/04/19 [ Received my product with cash on delivery, outer box looked old and damaged, checked flipkart reviews that such refrigerators had dents ]

3) 23/04/19 [ Placed for return ]

4) 25/04/19 [ Technician Visit, he unboxed and confirmed that there was a very bad dent with holes on the body ]

5) 25/04/19 [ Return approved,refund accepted,return id: 12201528795257132573, promised pickup within 6/05/19 ]

6) 06/05/19 [ No pickup done, contacted flipkart, case no: in1905070009094466598, new promised resolution 10/05/19 ]

7) 09/05/19 [ Courier called up, I wasn’t available but my parents can take care, he voluntarily asked if he can come on 10th,
I affirmed that I had no problems, Courier Name: Gati Couriers]

8) 09/05/19 [ Found in Flipkart app that my return is cancelled and return policy ended on 03/05/19, I wasn’t given even any prior notification ]

9) 09/05/19 [ Contacted the customer care and narrated the whole thing, new promised resolution within 14/05/19, case no: in1905101852336677927]

10) 10/05/19 [ Courier guy calls again, he informed me that he would come on either 12th or 13th May ]
