Ordered noise XO shots tws earphones from Flipkart but ended up getting a noise tune BT earphone. As there was issue with the delivered product (Different Model Received)I raised a complaint . Now for the return/replacement of product, they want me to share picture of my Adhaar card for so called verification. I do not understand what kind of verification they are referring to?
For the same I have called them , tried contacting them over email but they are not responding. They are just putting my calls on hold ,or simply rejecting my complaint.
Also , I have shared my details with them at the time of Flipkart First verification,so it’s not like they don’t have my information.
Why do I have to share my whole ID proof with Flipkart? Is it right to capture personal details of customers?
Please help me in this regard
