Hi Team,
I had ordered MS Office using order OD327159475737726100 on 26th January, however the product was never delivered. So I cancelled the product, the transaction got stuck in refund processing. I talked to the customer representative and they mentioned that the refund will be processed within 24 to 48 hours.
Believing the representatives and thinking that this could be a technical glitch, I ordered the product again with OD327165413409443100 , however the product once again was never picked or delivered. So I cancelled the order again and both these orders are stuck in payment refund process state. I spoke to Flipkart representative and he mentioned that the refund will be processed in next 10 days.
Now I ordered a different product offering using order OD327192942632166100 , the product got delivered however the product key doesn’t work . I get a message on trying to install, that “token is invalid” which as per Microsoft, means that the key is not valid. This means that the product that got shipped to me is fake. I reached out to the Flipkart support again and they provided me the vendor’s contact information. When I tried to contact the seller on the email provided to me, the email was incorrect and email got bounced back. On multiple attempts using the phone channel, the phone was picked, the person on the other side mentioned that he is just Flipkart delivery agent. I emailed the grievances team and they raised a request for return however the package was never picked up.
I have opened multiple support cases and don’t see any progress in any of them, the agents keep providing me the same narrative that they have escalated the issue. The tickets are getting closed without any action.
In summary there are 3 orders two for Rs. 3,340 and one for Rs. 3145 which Flipkart needs to refund. I need your help as Flipkart is not delivering and in these cases they are hand and glove with customer fraud. Looking for help and advice.
