Text of Complaint by Rinku Saini:

Respected sir,

i had to get refund from flipkart upto 9 July 2020, but i did not recd in my account, they gave me also a RRN no., when i went my bank, they did not able to search any Payment against this RRN.
I Called many times to Customer service, but they did not help me.
after 15 july I got a call from customer care that register a grievance on Bank website, I registered a complaint and came to know that payment has been declined. So I requested my bank for a mail of payment declined and contacted again to flipkart customer care, but they only only one thing was crapping that payment has made.
After 15 August i mailed to flipkart grievance officer and he assured me to provide a resolution within 48 hours.
I got a call on 22 aug-20 and customer care told me that payment has been made which is headache for me)
Now what i can I do…
Flipkart says that payment has not been declined or reverse in seller account and bank says payment has been declined.

Now I have no way. where is the problem.
please guide us.
