i purchased a microwave oven from flipkart on 11 cot 2108 which was
 delivered on 16 oct 2018 with in two days the product was stopped working then i raised
 a complaint to flipkart they arranged me a technician visit they approved that my product is
is damaged then raised for refund request since for one and half month they are not issuing my refund 
when i complained them they keep on changing the dates and they are not providing resolutions please help me out 
regarding these
