This is in regard to the product Skechers Dynamight 2.0- Power Sneakers for Women (Blue) costing Rs. 2749. The product was delivered to me on 25th August, 2023 and I placed a return request on 27th August, 2023. It was picked up from me on 28th August, 2023 but was not reflected in the app and was shown as cancelled. I placed multiple queries but there has been no resolution provided and each time the issue was marked as resolved without any enquiry and contact.
