I had purchased an AC from Flipkart. Later I am getting SMS from same flipkart SMS number from where I had received genuine promotion SMS of Flipkart. I am getting fraud calls claiming winning of TATA Safari car of Rs. 12Lakhs and registration amount of Rs. 7500 has to be paid from Side.
The important concern here is that the caller knows all the details of my purchase. He knows my complete address, mobile number, Complete name, what I have purchased from Flipkart online. How come Customer data is not maintained with privacy by Flipkart. Flipkart has to ensure customer data security and privacy. These personal details can cause serious damage to the customer including crimes. So, this matter has to be seriously taken care by Flipkart.
