I had ordered an Ikea soft toy from Flipkart. The soft toy was selling at 860 rs after discount with an MRP of Rs 1500. I had seen this 1500 polar bear soft toy in the Ikea store and the images were put up of this only.
The description wrote that it was a 32cm soft toy which was not conveyed in the images of the toy. The product that was delivered to me a very small polar bear soft toy which actually sells at Rs 300 mrp in Ikea and I was charged 860 rs for it. The company is not taking my return request for the product saying that it is a 32cm soft toy whereas I have been totally fooled by the images of the product and the price
