Hi ALL,
I have purchased on line laptop in oct first week , which was received on time , but was not looking like new one and so filed a complaint . after started working on it . it was too slow an hanging multiple times. So i raised request for same No technician visited instead of call. After that replacement request was raised . it was Showing laptop is in pune and within pune 13 days of delivery are you joking . After that call on customer executive they told your request of laptop is cancelled and your amount will be refunded in 3 to 4 days.. Post that call to customer executive they told you cant cancel the order now. Now your issue is escalated wait for more 5 days for same
