i am dinesh kumar sharma. i ordered a product JBL go 2 bluetooth speaker on 7 march 2019. they promised to deliver that product on 9 march 2019. i pre-paid the total amount. but, now they are saying we can’t deliver the product on the date which promised. we will deliver this product after 3 days.
i called to flipkart and asked that i will go outstation on the night of 9 march 2019, and i need this product on the date which you promised……… after 9th march this product will useless.
if you can’t deliver product on the date, refund my product immediately so i will purchase it from somewhere else. but they were ignoring me again and again. they were transferring my call again and again one customer executive to another, but no satisfied answer given by them.
when i said, i will complain against this issue in consumer court, they answered me…..sure sir, you can do anytime-anywhere. we can’t deliver you.
flipkart always dodge (deceive) to customer if they didn’t promise to deliver in two days, i would order from somewhere else. they did it with me before, so i think they always did with all customer.
