I placed an order with Flipkart, but the product I received lacked a brand name and exhibited subpar quality. Over the past two days, I have been attempting to initiate a return, but each day, the delivery executive has refused to pick up the item due to its lack of a tag and brand name. They are urging me to change the reason for the return.
I need to file complaints against both Flipkart and the seller. The seller should not have sold a product without proper branding, and Flipkart should not have dispatched an item without verifying its quality.
This situation feels like a betrayal to a loyal customer who has been shopping with you for over a decade.
