Am talking about a complaint with reference ID – IN22101212233743337621
Brief about the issue:- I ordered Skechers shoes but i received a different product. I spoke to the care and they said that they’ll refund the amount after product return. Later in the flipkart app, there was an option to select for replacement, since i need the product i raised a replacement request.. In the meantime on 1st Oct, an executive from flipkart came and picked up the product but i did not received any SMS/email about the pickup, i immediately informed flipkart customer care about the same.. They told me that i can receive the product and need not have to give back the earlier product at the time of delivery. (I confirmed this with care executive twice on phone on this). Later the delivery person called and told me that replacement product came and he need to pick up the replacement product (which is already picked up by other person) in order to complete. Since i do not have that product, he refused to give me the order and took it back.
Now i again spoke to customer care and explained the same multiple times… everytime they say that is it will be addressed with in 5 days…. It is almost 20 days now with no resolution etc…
