On 15th of July, I cancelled my order on the doorstep. Delivery person sent me cancellation OTP and I shared cancel otp. He took both products and left. On the same day in the Flipkart app showing the product being delivered, I called and complained to the customer care and raised a complaint. But they are saying like product delivered correctly i didn’t share otp then how can they marked status to delivered? They are directly closing my ticket without solving the issue and investigating properly
I did a lot of follow ups in call and email with no response.
