Text of Complaint by ANTONY RAJ C:

As I did first POCO M4 Mobile ordered on 15th Aug 2022 and till 25th Aug 2022 the order not delivered. Then I contacted Flipkart executive as they recommended to do cancel this order and again place same order on 25th Aug 2022 based on your customer care people recommendation I cancelled that order again placed another order on the same day. Which is also still not delivered to me. So far from 15th Aug 2022 Flipkart holding my amount of ₹17000 approximately where then product is still not delivered.
What is the solution Flipkart executive don’t know answer. Where is the product that also Flipkart executive don’t know answer. Then what they doing in customer care and why not delivered my product in promised date. Why Flipkart failing in this situation. I contacted executive today again and asked for any escalation to speak to higher official in Flipkart and I really I don’t want to speak simple customer care people. But still they not provided anything yet.
Please sort out my problem and do the needful.
