Text of Complaint by Siddharth Awasthi:

I placed an order for Park Avenue Mens Checkered suit {Incident: IN23100612392281539228} on 24th September 2023 and I was promised delivery on 2nd October.
On 30th September, the product was wrongly marked as delivered from their end. I was not provided with any AWB/Tracking number , nor any delivery agent’s details.
I have been trying to resolve this issue since 30th September and it has been 20 days now and there is no update from their end. I have even tried to cancel the order multiple times but with no success.
I therefore request you to look into the matter and process a refund as soon as possible. I had made the payment through card and my money has been stuck with them for over 25 days now.
