OD122731926092509000 was made on 1st sep for 39 grocery items to be delivered in sector 39 on 2nd sep but its been 5 days that continuously only delay delivery message is sent. no cancel option available or no contact with seller . ultimately i had to purchase grocer worth 5000 from amazon . but my 3305 amount is stuck and lot of time waste. i seek compensation of INR 50,000 as my 5 days salary is attached . i wrote to their CEO on twitter as well, but no resolution. Pls help in getting my money back. its a prepaid order.
