Totally Disappointed and Poor service, ever seen in my life.
Today (15/04/2019), as per seller or Flipkart commitment, person will come for demo and installation, therefore one person have to stay on home and my wife has took leave as she is Teacher and whole day she closed her classes, and this wonderful company give response before 19/04/2019…
And we got from this wonderful company, reply like “Local company or Mandi Vala”, from morning to evening we almost called in customer care more then 5 time. At end of the day those care guys took our complain and says “Mem, today our person will not came because seller not full details of your order” what is this men????
This is Digital India or something else????
To app log morning se kar kya rahe the company me???
Already I got message of demo person number but he said I am on leave (Dear Customer, Service engineer KARAN, mobile number 9877446637 has been assigned against registered Service Order 4280878065) ???
I think these all people think that we came from forest or “koi bi answer do chalega, kya kar lega customer to he, bas sub ko ” C ” banate jau?
Already, first time talking about our function on 16/04/2019 to Flipkart person and he confidently told that our person will come on 15-april.
Why you cheat like this with the customer???
I think you didn’t have mind for understanding customer value or time or value of customer service
Who will responsible for tomorrow function that I don’t know how we manage because of your poor service and customer follow up ..
My Humble request to you please do installation or demo on tomorrow basis we need this…
