I had ordered the Flipkart Perfect homes 6 seater dinning set from Flipkart. The metal frame chairs started bending within few months under the warranty claim period. I complained to the brand for the issue. They have sent the technician for checking. The technician visited my home and conveyed the manufacturing defect issue to the brand tech support. But the tech support person has mentioned on the portal that the product was damaged by customer and declined the claim. Against the technician’s input to him.
Even Flipkart is not entertaining the complain.
It’s really a bad product. Order ID – OD427643215013827100 it’s my order. With in two months the materials started peeling and some sort of powder coming out. No customer service available. Its really embarrassing.
