My Name Is Shajith Raj P N, I am using Flipkart pay and I had 4 loans, one of my loan was foreclosed through IDFC bank customer support on 07.11.2023. But now in the November month bill, the EMI of the loan closed by me and foreclosure charges have come in the bill. and it’s also added to the December month bill. I have called Flipkart and complained about this 6 times but no action has been taken yet. My remaining EMI is already overdue by 7 days and late fee also. As you know it will affect my credit score very badly. I can’t even see the full bill details on Flipkart App.
