Text of Complaint by Saurabh Singh:

I have purchased Oneplus tv 43inch from Flipkart on 1st October 2021 with smart upgrade plan. In which i paid 13137 by card and 7800 was paid using smart upgrade which was financed by IDFC bank. So, this smart Upgrade amount was deducted from flipkart pay later account which was also financed by IDFC bank. I will share the Screenshots. So in this i should pay amount after 12 months or the TV get blocked if i don’t pay. I wanted to preclosed this loan as i don’t trust flipkart anymore so i waited for them advance payment window to open. When it opened i paid the remaining amount. But on 1 oct the Pay later bill genrated with same amount which i paid on 29th june when payment window opened. They didn’t adjusted the amount in the bill which i already paid. And now i am calling them day and night and they are not adjusting the amount not listening to my call. Every time i call they create a ticket which automatically gets resolve without providing any resolution. I also called paylater services and Idfc bank they told me they Didn’t received any payment confirmation from FLIPKART. I am getting mentally tortured by them. Flipkart is doing financial fraud keeping the money and not updating the bill. Because of this my credit score is also affecting. Same thing happened with me last year also. Flipkart didn’t updated payment information with IDFC bank. Please punish them so they can’t do same thing to others. I will attach all the proof of payment anr order related documents.
