On 19 November 2022 my flipkart account was inactivated automatically then I requested to flipkart to reactymy account then they told me that our customer executive will call you shortly then i received a call from Flipkart customer care and the customer executive said that they have received a request reactivate your flipkart account and they need an OTP to process it. I refused to give any OTP stating that i have not requested it and i disconnected the call. After few minutes again i received the call from the flipkart asking for OTP to cancel the request, but i don’t shared anything to themand then my account was reopened but my all the data was deleted and my flipkart paylater option also not showing in my app and supercoins also not showing then I realized that i had been cheated and immediately tried to login to my flipkart account to cancel the order, but i was unable to log in to my flipkart account as it was hacked. The products were ordered on Lucknow address. I immediately called to flipkart customer care and informed them about the fraud happened on my account and requested to cancel the orders before it gets delivered. The flipkart customer care said me that the orders can not be cancelled because order is out for delivery . I was totally shocked, and contacted to flipkart customer care and asked how can they deliver the products so soon, they said it was a flipkart quick order and under flipkart quick order facility product gets delivered within one hour. Flipkart didnt cancelled the order even after complaining and i was completely cheated.
I contacted flipkart customer care multiple times, but they are not solving my problem, now i have started receiving calls for the repayment.
After I complaint to flipkart to block my flipkart paylater account they told me that there is no any account is active on your no. then i told them my paylater account is hacked by someone and I am unable to access my pay later account that is opened by using my KYC document. But they told me that we don’t have any data like any flipkart paylater account is activated on your mobile no.
I am totally disturbed please help me.
