Sir, I had purchased some products through Flipkart Pay Later in December 2021, the amount of which was Rs 2243/- and the last date of payment was 05/01/2022. I paid it through PhonePe on 04/01/2022, then Also due amount is showing in flipkart pay letter along with late fees. To solve the problem, contacted flipkart customer care and shared “bankstatement, phonepe transaction screenshot” through email and call as per their instructions but no action was taken. Right now I am being harassed by IDFC bank officials calling me repeatedly to deposit money.
