My flipkart pay later shows Unauthorized transaction of Rs. 17,318 made on 8th of February.
I received my pay later bill statement of Rs.19817 and was shocked to see that I saw multiple transactions made on 8th February. Only 2484 Rs is legit transaction made by me on my pay later.
Later on further investigation, I see all these transactions have no details and are mentioned as Miscellaneous information. I also cannot see any details of this transaction on the “My order” page not there is any information regarding this transaction.
On 8th of Feb, I got an alert from Flipkart that someone is trying to login into my flipkart account, I have not shared OTP or any information with anyone to access my account.
I have already raised a complaint with customer care but the service is pathetic as they are not even understanding the issue and today my complaint is closed without any resolution.
I’ve attached all the details in the screenshot below. Kindly help
