Today I got a call from your department and your executive told me that she can’t activate my pay later service on Flipkart and not sharing the reason behind the blockage.
Now tell me if I purchased something on EMI and after receiving the product is not up to the mark and not happy with the product quality and in that case request for refund and return the product, I have done something wrong?
After that purchase the same thing in a single way and after that product is complete and quality is good and paid the amount.
How could be possible that without sharing the reason my pay later service is blocked and I’m on the oldest customer of Flipkart and purchasing regularly every month. And paying all the amount without any delay or late payment. But after a honest customer I have to face this problem, that’s really bad. And I am thinking that I have to take this matter seriously and do something about it legally.
I have an IDFC Pay later and emi account in Flipkart. No delay in payment still they blocked my account without any reason. They didn’t even bother to inform. Pathetic service. This is harresment to the customer.
