It’s been a month I have been asking the team to adjust the refund amount in the current month’s bill but it’s not been done yet and they sometimes say that they cannot check the refund amount which is visible on my Flipkart account. Yesterday I got a call from the team that the refund has been adjusted there but it’s not.
The refund amount was 4632rs
total bill -9416rs
actual bill after adjustment of refund should be:-9416-4632=4784rs
and they are asking me to pay the whole amount which I have already paid why should I pay them twice
