Flipkart has blocked my account since 29th September. Due to which I am not able to make payment of Flipkart Pay Letter.
I call flipkart email and tweet many times said unblock my account please do pay later payment. but flipkart has not unblocked my account till date.
Now I am being asked to make payment by adding mail and message May penalty.
I won’t get penalty because it’s not my fault
Immediately remove the penalty and explain the process of making the payment. Because Flipkart account is unblocked
Otherwise we will file a complaint against Consumer care, E-commerce Ministry and RBI may IDFC Bank and flipkart that these people are troubling me.
