I had bought a mobile phone from Flipkart Pay Later which was in EMI option and its first installment was on 5th June. Installment has been deposited successfully through IDFC mobile banking but flipkart says that they have not received the installment, they are troubling me by not confirming with their banking partner, have also imposed penalty Rs.300 on installment of Rs 3825, I also complained for this but No action is being taken, I have shared the installment deposit slip by IDFC Bank, still no action is being taken, due to their negligence, my CIBIL is getting spoiled.
