Text of Complaint by Shikhar Chandra:

I am facing payment updation probelm in Flipkart pay later and it’s been 16 days now since I’m facing this problem. I have made a payment of 6185.30 on 5th of June at 11:28pm but still I got charged 600rs late fee. Flipkart customer care and back end team is unable to solve my single problem. Amount is successful debited but no one is looking for this. Also my Flipkart pay later account got disable. I’m trying to reach executive and they only forward my concern mentioning the concern to be on priority.
I am sorry but this is not done, please see to my issue and solve this as soon as possible by updating my payment status or initiating a refund of the amount Rs 6185.30. to my bank account.
I am highly disappointed by Flipkart service this time. For your help I’m attaching my payment screenshot.
