I have purchase 1 article of Rs288 using flipkart pay later facility which was delivered to me on 26th June 2022, Against which i have done payment of Rs 288 to IDFC bank directly as IDFC is lending partner. Also i have done payment of Rs348 by link provided in text message sent me for payment reminder. But still due payment of Rs 348 showing in my APP and flipkart pay later account was deactivated. Also i have discussed all matter to flipkart customer care many times but matter still not resolved.
