I got continuous calls from 8068861256 on 27th Jan 2023. i checked truecaller for information it was showing Flipkart Customer Service no sign of spam or fraud was there. So i received call and the machinated female voice said that We are from flipkart your account showing some unidentified activity so we need to secure your account please give us otp so we can secure it and any money can be used will refund to your account. After that in no time it made 5 transactions for bill payments of gas electricity etc of West bangol state and used credit of 8940.5 rs from my Flipkart Pay Later account. So i immediately raise complaint to Flipkart and Cyber crime police. I also tried to raise issue with Idfc First Bank customer support but there response was our loan team is not available so raise issue after monday means on 30th Jan 2023.
