Hi,I’m getting so much calls from Idfc bank panjagutta branch Hyderabad they are harassing me for pending payments in Flipkart with pay later option,but till now i didn’t even bought anything with pay later emi option,but also nearly from the last two months I’m getting so much calls from bank employees and saying like you have to pay 9000 once,and again they called me and saying like you have to pay 4000 and now today they called me and saying you have four pending payments, like this they are torturing and harassing me,and also they are not polite with the customer people,they are talking with cuss words and bad behaviour,but my problem is i didn’t take anything from pay later option and now the bank employees are calling me and they are asking about payments,when I’m asking about the emi details they are not sending the details and also they have my details like adhar pan mobile number,so this type of harassment had done on me .so this is the problem I’m facing issue with bank people which are collection agents .
