I have purchased vivo t1 5g mobile through flipkart pay later EMI at may 15th 2022 for three installments
I already paid my june 1st EMI before on due date that is may 23rd. I unable to pay my 2nd emi through flipkart pay later EMI option up to due date of july 1st on some technical error. So I pay to 2nd EMI flipkart pay later official partner idfc first bank this flipkart loan account on July 1st. I already told this issue on flipkart customer care to solve my problem. They are not proper reply.so take neccessary action to solve my problem. I attach my transaction statement of mobile phone purchase loan account number. My flipkart order ID is OD124943882798872000.actually only one emi is pending for me. But flipkart app shown two installments are pending.what can I do please help me for this problem.
