On 8th may 2022 i received a call from Flipkart customer care and the customer executive said that they have received a request to merge my flipkart account and my moms flipkart account and they need an OTP to process it. I refused to give any OTP stating that i have not requested it and i disconnected the call. After few minutes again i received the call from the flipkart asking for OTP to cancel the request, i searched the number on truecaller to verify whether its really flipkart, and when i checked the number it was from Flipkart. So unfortunately i shared the OTP, and within few seconds i received the sms that Multiple products amounting to Rs.69959 were ordered using my flipkart pay later account. I realized that i had been cheated and immediately tried to login to my flipkart account to cancel the order, but i was unable to log in to my flipkart account as it was hacked. The products were ordered on delhi address. I immediately called to flipkart customer care and informed them about the fraud happened on my account and requested to cancel the orders before it gets delivered. The flipkart customer care said me that all the orders will be cancelled. But within next half n hour i received the mail from flipkart stating that all the products were delivered. I was totally shocked, and contacted to flipkart customer care and asked how can they deliver the products so soon, they said it was a flipkart quick order and under flipkart quick order facility product gets delivered within one hour. Flipkart didnt cancelled the order even after complaining and i was completely cheated.
I contacted flipkart customer care multiple times, but they are not solving my problem, now i have started receiving calls for the repayment.
I am terribly frustrated please help me out.
