Flipkart pay later account was closed 2 years back in Flipkart app with no dues but it is still open in IDFC first bank which is getting reflected in my cibil report. Flipkart told that info has been conveyed and account will be closed by IDFC . However I received a call from IDFC that flipkart is not giving any no dues confirmation and hence my account cannot be closed. I have no transaction done with flipkart pay later still it’s somehow showing 5k amount dues in IDFC account. Please help resolve issue
