Hello, I’m using this flipkart paylater from past 1and a half year.and all my dues are cleared on time without any delay ,last bill my me was paid on 5 as usual but Flipkart
suspended my account without any prior notice marking it as delay. They have blocked account and cnt even explain the situation or reason.that means the policies are not correct , in their policy it was no where said that we will block your Account if you pay the bill in the next day, anyways my point is there server was busy and technical glitch due to which they refused that payment was made on time. Although I have the proof in form of payment made.
and I’m trying to ask customer care 1st they said this been blocked from IDFC the lending partner and not from flipkart i tried speaking to them (IDFC) and they have replied there’s no issue at our end account is active only, But Flipkart team doesn’t have any proper answers for our concerns and this is very disappointing… reason is I pay the bill to the lending partner and i have 0rs due and my services are blocked, this is very bad people trust such big brands and they are very pathetic with the services.
May my Account cannot be unblocked its fine but people should not face such issues, this is very sad. i hope they only give Limit to show that they have quite big customer base but they are treating customers in a such a way as if they are helpless if Customer care or the company cannot help with our issues then simply keeping a team is also no us of it. Although it doesn’t affect us much that paylater was blocked but still I am a customer n my services can’t be blocked without any prior information. I need the answer from Flipkart or my account should get unblock
