Sir, I had received a pay later amount of 50000 from flipkart, from which I had ordered a phone on flipkart on 2nd August, the price of which was 61999. For which I paid 50000 pay later EMI, remaining 11999 I did through upi, my order was canceled without any reason after reaching my nearest hub. I ordered the same phone from back on 4th August with the same process which was supposed to be delivered on 6th august but was canceled again on 6th august. After canceling my amount which i got back in flipkart pay later i am not able to use that amount as soon as i am going to payment page there i am not getting option to use 50000 only i have to use 8000 option is coming. Please give me the option to use 50000 which is my flipkart pay later emi amount so that I can purchase my phone. i tried to contact flipkart & idfc bank many times but nobody will cooparte properly with me whenever i try to explain my issue they cuts my call please try to resolve the issue that i can again use my pay later
