According to idfc bank I have dues pending on my Flipkart pay later account which is not tha case. I connected with Flipkart executive and double checked if there are any dues pending. Bank executive told me that they will be needing an email from Flipkart to clear this misunderstanding and Flipkart executive told me to write email to customer support. I have written the email twise to Flipkart customer support and I am getting no reply from them. And this thing is affecting my credit report very badly. I haven’t even used pay later service since 2019 and according to idfc bank I have dues pending. What an I supposed to do. I have spent days calling Flipkart and idfc bank but none of them is helping
