Hi,
I have took pay later emi option in flipkart for two products. Flipkart pay later is powered by IDFC BANK. One emi is 951 and second is 1839. I have made the payment in advance on 29th September 2022 for October month due and IDFC BANK has confirmed that the payment is adjusted on 1st October 2022. I have sent multiples of emails and calls but still is not resolved and they have added penalty charges on the top. I am receiving calls, emails and message to pay when I have paid already and after confirmation. I have attached payment screenshots and statement from IDFC BANK to confirm the payment is made. Please help me ?
