I am a working professional and am trying to get a loan but my CIBIL report has gone down due to the outstanding amount of Rs.2286 from IDFC Bank when I contacted the bank they told its due to Flipkart Pay Later. But there is no pending payment that is due and simply Flipkart is avoiding calls saying due to “technical error”.
