I have purchased a Sofa cum bed from flipkart around a month back and they have marked my undelivered product as delivered on 14/10/2022. Now I have been chasing then since then by calling multiple times in a day to their support and asking to provide the resolution for the same but they are just fooling me and nothing else. They say I will get call from flipkart team within 24-48 hours and then I do not receive any call from them. This has been a long time doing so and I am just hopeless now cause I have paid INR 8742 via my credit card and they just looted my money without delivering the product.
If flipkart does not resolve my issue then I will take some legal action and file a case.
