On 28 September 2024 I ordered MSI Laptop and it’s delivery date is 4 oct 2024 i waited for the date . After 4 oct 2024 it changed to 9 October still i am ok with it but after 9 October it changed to 12 oct 2024 from 4 October till 18 Oct 2024 I continuously connecting to Flipkart costumer care to know about my laptop but they all just keep telling sir wait and wait .. on 16 oct it went for out for delivery i thought at last now it will come but after 16 oct i waited again till 18 October and on 18 October i was notified that your order is cancelled . They don’t attempt to deliver it no one call me nothing happen they cancelled without any information . and they don’t compensate it as they are saying if you cancel the order you will get 500 rupee voucher from Flipkart but now they are denying it after giving me regular torture
