Flipkart business advisor Mr. abdul told the services about the plan is not fulfilled at all.
1- Dedicated account managaer- Account manager says we will not do any thing on your account you have to do yourself.
2- Listing optimization- All Listings are not optimized even after passing of 2 months service
3- The manager assigned is not aware of how to upload keywords.
4- Advertising points credited given 2000 for this 2000 spending we need to spend double amount from our pocket which is kept hidden
5 No one works on account neither any report is shared on weekly basis which is committed
6 Never meet the assigned target nor any one help in achieving the same.
7 RPD not done even after several invoice
After taking the fees seller is not listened even after multiple comaplint son their portal.
They are just cheating to sellers and not providing fulfilling the servies after taking fees
