Dear sir,

I have purchased computer “konect 3000 Core i7 ” through Flipkart (order number:OD329920298430258100).
It has missing item (graphics card was missing in computer)and I have requested to return material back. I have uploaded all photos on application. Based on that Flipkart has accepted return request. But no one come to pickup material and after few days return request was canceled without any reason.
While discussing with customer care representative they was saying “no reason is mentioned for cancellation”.
I can’t accept computer without graphics card.

You are requested to investigate same help me in refund my money back.
