Please do not buy anything from flipkart.They are running a scam business which involved looting from the customer base and filling there own pockets. I have ordered 5 Havells Leganza fans from the so called ” Authorised Dealer” and only one got delivered and my orders were showing fullfilled. After repeated reminders, numerous calls and writing to them one more got delivered. Irony of the situation is that they do not even read the proper mail communications.Customer service is pathatic and belive me they are just the bots reading computer scripts.

Incident: IN181030123033345380​0, IN1810201554276959003 and Incident: IN181020154416201874​1.All of them closed or new resolutions date provided.

Ohh i forget to mention, everytime you call up there customer service, they will raise new request and don’t even care to update the customer about any updates or resolutions!
