Text of Complaint by Harshit Jangde:

Date of Order: 18th Oct.
Expected Delivery: 27th Oct
Flipkart Customer Service: They have no answers to where my order is right now. I even gave them the option that I can take that for their nearest hub, but they do not have that too. Every time I raise a complaint they give me the date for the next 3 working days to sort the matter.
I have already said, I am leaving this place, please send my order as soon as possible or just cancel the order. But I have received no help from them.
I want my order in time or the same discounts and benefits so that I can place the order again.

They have zero idea of whether the product is in the warehouse or not. They don’t even know in which warehouse is it exactly.
