I have explained the issue multiple times to various Flipkart executives
and even asked them to organize a call from Flipkart senior executives or
manager but it’s been almost two weeks nothing happened and Flipkart have
been unable to resolve the issue.
I am explaining the issue last time with the attachments. Please refer to
attached photos with named as Order-1, 2 and 3. We bought total 32 Brass
Bell for Pooja Room of Sunshield via three different orders. We received
two orders (Order-1 & 2) in one box as 20 quantity and order-3 in a
separate box. We returned all 32 quantities the way we received at the same
time to Flipkart Delivery Partner. Delivery partner guy picked up all 32
quantities at the same time however they marked only two orders because of
two boxes which i guess. While those two boxes had three orders and 32
quantities. We have returned the way we received all 32 quantities and this
was error made by delivery partner so why should we suffer for Flipkart or
their delivery partner mistakes. Please refer to attached photos. We need
refund of Order-3 marked photo of Rs-725. I have also attached a screenshot
of pick up of Shield Sun Shield Decorative Brass Bell for Pooja Room,
Silver Gold 50mm With J Hook, 2 Inch – Set of 12 pcs Brass Pooja Bell with
order ID OD427541939868332100. Please refer to attachments these have all
the necessary details that Flipkart need to provide us refund and resolve
this issue.
I am Flipkart plus member and we have bought more than 100s of items from
Flipkart but this time I am very very disappointed with Flipkart service,
because this issue is floating around more than 2 weeks and Flipkart is
unable to resolve while I have explained the truth to various executives. I
am true at my place and will continue my flight for the truth even if I
have to take this matter to the court. Now this flight with Flipkart is for
truth not just for Rs-725
