Text of Complaint by Byasadev:

I had ordered a Intex 50 L desert air cooler from Flipkart on 26th April 2023 and a product of different specification was delivered to me on 30th April. So I put a request return. A pick up executive came on 2nd May and pick the product up around 4 PM. But the pick status was not updated in my order section. Then at 5:49 PM I received a message from Ekart of rescheduling the pickup, then I contacted to Flipkart customer service and raised a complaint.
But it on 5th May the order status showed return cancelled.
I have not get any refund although the product was picked up by the Ekart pick up executive.
