I am a regular Flipkart customer.
I ordered a product worth Rs 14999/- on July 6, 2021 to my home address. The price I paid after applying bank offer is Rs 12,749/-. The expected date of delivery is within July 11,2021. The package reached Ekart Logistics hub at Attingal on July 9, 2021. They are postponing the delivery day by day without delivering the package and no response from them. I contacted Flipkart customer service multiple times and they assured delivery on next day but it get postponed day by day. I registered complaint on Flipkart grievance email on July 12, 2021. I received call from Flipkart on July 12, 11:00am stating that the package is damaged. I asked for delivery with replacement product but the representative asked me to make a fresh order as price is now high by Rs 2250/-. I demanded a replacement product as it’s not my fault which resulted in damage to package which I made payment of Rs 12,749/-. This is cheating by Flipkart team to its customers and I need the product delivered to my address and compensation for wasting my valuable time with all these hazzles.
