I purchased a purifier from flipkart on 28-May, delivered on 31-May.
Today is 4 June and it is still in the box. I explained PureIT to make it URGENT installation but not sure what are they doing about it.
Contacted flipkart to return the item, they hung up on me. They have return option on the order page but none of the options works, they all end up to contact Brand authorised service center.
I want to return the item and want my money back.
