Sir my order id is : OD114093235655483000

I ordered Lenovo laptop from flipkart for 41,449 on Dec 6th ,2018. I received the product on Dec 7th ,2018. But the product that I received is defective one for which there is no refund avaible but 10 day replacement is possible .sir asked them to replace the product . They asked to me to wait till 14th of this month for the technician to visit and check the issue. But now they are saying that no technical visit will be done and I have to accept the product that I got on 7th Dec itself . This is cheating sir . Please help me out with this . I spent a lot of money on that and flipkart is cheating me
